I had booked him twice, he was very professional and easy to work with, he had even asked my managers if they needed him to adjust any volume or change the lights, and when we asked him to not use some of the lights he was very easy to work with on it and adjusted accordingly. He met our style perfectly and was perfect for background music in our restaurant. The second time I booked him the crowd wanted upbeat music and he asked us if we wanted him to stay to our style or adjust to the crowd's. He was perfect. I told Charlie we don't have the space for live music, but he told me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he does this all the time. He got to the restaurant very early and assured me again it won't be a problem. I was very nervous after he brought in a ton of equipment, but after he set up it all fit into the size of one of our dining tables. He even figured out a way that we can still use all of our tables without putting any of them away. He had a line of people out the door and we've never had so much business sense we opened.
